Nailbourne Software is a new startup that specialises in software integration for the Human Capital Management (HCM) market space.
Our mission is to “delight customers by getting their software solutions to work together”.
We believe that although software integration and connectivity is getting better and has improved over the last 10 years with the increase in SaaS solutions and secure APIs, there is still a lot to be done. Many organisations have software from multiple providers, and they do not all come with standard integration. This is where we fit in.
Nailbourne Software are experts in both integration and Human Capital Management systems. We provide integration solutions via our DataFlow iPlatform. This platform is an Integration Platform as a service or iPaaS for short. Using our platform we create integration solutions quickly and efficiently by configuration rather than coding ie ‘No code or low code’. This means we can deliver integrations to customers more quickly and at a lower cost.

Nailbourne Software was founded by Simon Brown – a software engineer who has worked in the Human Capital Management sphere for over 30 years. He worked for some of the most successful commercial software providers including Ciphr, The Access Group, PWA and Microsoft.
Simon has a long track record as a senior manager leading software development teams and development activity. He has been responsible for the development and maintenance of many highly successful commercial software products including HR, Payroll, Recruitment and Talent management solutions. He has spent much of the last 5 years developing APIs and software integrations.
